Just an FYI to let you know my video "No More NIMBY" was removed by YouTube because of copyright infringement from The New York Times, This was the result of my refusal to remove a 2 second clip containing the picture of Nancy Garvin from Mothers Against Medical Abuse MAMA.com. The request to remove the clip came from the founder herself. The threatening tone of the request led to my decision to maintain the picture. I can think of no reason for that sort of reaction other than a deep seeded hatred for those of us attending MMT. The right for an addict to choose the type of treatment that works for them is the only goal of this video. I feel sorry for anyone that can not accept that right. Just as those in the beginning of my video fought for their rights, so will I continue to fight any form of discrimination that violates fair & equal treatment of those suffering from the disease of addiction. This video is the exact same video with the 3 pictures removed of the members of the anti- Methadone organizations HARMD & MAMA. I don't feel the message of the video was compromised in any way by doing this. If anything I believe this has only shown others the type of discrimination we fight every day. God Bless!
